No School Monday 10/14- Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples' Day

This week our students participated in vision and hearing screenings. A special thank you to the Stickney Clinic for helping with our screenings!

We kicked off the Kids Heart Challenge yesterday at Sahs for K-4th grades. Students raise money to support the American Heart Association and learn good habits for a healthy heart. It was a great assembly!

The Central Stickney Board of Education is seeking applicants to fill an open position on the Board of Education that was vacated due to a change in residency. Sahs students participated in our annual school bus safety drill today. They learned great safety tips and practiced how to safely evacuate the bus in case of an emergency.
